You don’t need to know where this is going. You don’t need a plan. You don’t even need to believe in therapy yet. You just need to show up. This is where we begin.
Therapy with me isn’t about telling you who to be. It’s not about fixing. Not about becoming “better.” It’s not a performance or a checklist. You don’t have to hold it together here. You can come unsure. Guarded. Curious. Quiet. Overwhelmed. You can come exactly as you are.
We begin by building something together. A relationship. Where you are seen — fully. Accepted — gently. Listened to — with care. Where your story isn’t analyzed first. It’s respected. Held. We work from there.
Maybe you came here wanting answers. A strategy. A fix. I understand that. But what if the most powerful shift doesn’t begin with doing — but with being met? Being seen, heard, and accepted is not the end of the work. It’s the ground it grows from.
Real change doesn’t come from rushing. It comes from pausing. From noticing. From being with what is — before we try to change it.
If you’re ready to begin — just as you are — I’m here to walk with you. This is how it starts. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But truthfully. And that makes all the difference.
