About Me

Over the 27 years of practicing as a psychologist, I’ve witnessed how art can quietly reach places words often can’t. My training in projective techniques, combined with years of observing how people respond to images and symbols in therapy, helped me recognize something powerful: the way we engage with art can become a mirror for our inner life. This insight became the foundation for the Art Insight Method™.

I’m a Licensed Psychologist, a supervisor, and an educator. I’m also the creator of the Art Insight Method™ and the guided experience it inspired — the Art Insight Journey™.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and groups navigating trauma, transitions, and the deeper search for meaning. I’ve taught both future and experienced psychologists in areas like ethics, trauma therapy, cultural competence, and reflective practice. I continue to lead experiential workshops on emotional wellbeing, parenting, midlife growth, and self-discovery.
My academic background includes:
  • Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, University of Nebraska, Lincoln, USA
  • M.A. in Social Psychology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia
  • B.A. in Practical and Abnormal Psychology, Pedagogy, Belarus State Pedagogical University
More than anything, I care about creating spaces where people feel safe to pause, connect with themselves, and discover something real.

How
It Works

Hosting an Art Insight Journey™ in your museum is simple and rewarding. Each stage is designed to be effortless for your team, while offering a transformative experience for your visitors. From the first conversation to the final reflection circle in the gallery, every detail is thoughtfully supported. As a result, your museum shines as a space of innovation, dialogue, and connection.

Contact me to share your interest. We’ll explore how Art Insight Journey™ can complement your museum’s programs and offer a meaningful experience for your visitors.
Step 2:
Choosing
a Theme
Every journey starts with a focus.
Together, we select a theme that connects your collection with your visitors’ inner world. It can be inspired by your current exhibition, a specific gallery, or a universal topic such as resilience, relationships, joy, personal growth, or another theme that resonates with your audience.
Step 3:
Choosing
a Space
The setting shapes the experience.
We will choose a gallery or exhibition space that best supports the theme. It might spotlight a specific collection, echo the topic we’re exploring, or create a quiet backdrop for a meaningful dialogue between the art and each visitor.
Step 4:
Preparing
the Space
The atmosphere sets the tone for immersion.
To support a meaningful experience, the space should be closed to the public for about two hours, comfortably accommodate up to 16 chairs in a circle, and include a small table for materials. On this table, we’ll place reflection notebooks, pens, tissues, and drinking water for guests. Every detail is discussed in advance and adapted to your museum’s policies, layout, and resources.

I will create a customized Art Insight Journey™ built around the selected theme and artworks. The program is structured to support reflection, emotional insight, and meaningful group connection — while staying accessible and engaging for participants of all backgrounds.

Sharing the experience with your audience.
Together, we’ll make sure your visitors know about the upcoming Art Insight Journey™. You can use your museum’s existing marketing channels, or I can provide ready-to-use materials — including event descriptions, visuals, and social media content — all customized to showcase your museum as the host of this one-of-a-kind experience.

Ticketing is handled through your museum’s usual platform, keeping the process easy and familiar for your visitors. I’ll provide all the necessary information and work closely with your team to ensure everything is in place for the Art Insight Journey™ to unfold smoothly.
